Lord Wolfson of Sunningdale
Lord Wolfson was director of Great Universal Stores from 1973 to 1978 and from 1993 to 2000, and chairman from 1996 to 2000. In 1978 and 1979, he was Secretary to the Shadow Cabinet and Chief of Staff of the Political Office, 10 Downing Street, between 1979 and 1985. He was chairman of the Alexon Group plc from 1982 to 1986, of Next plc from 1990 to 1998, of GUS from 1996 to 2000, and of William Baird from 2002 to 2003. A Trustee of Benesco Charity and The Charles Wolfson Charitable Trust, Lord Wolfson has overseen donations with special regard to the encouragement of medical and surgical science. Benesco Charity has a 49% share of Soza Health Ltd.
Andrew is Pembroke’s Managing Director, responsible for executing the firm’s strategy, leading the investment team, deal origination and supporting portfolio companies. He sits on the board as a nonexecutive director of a number of Pembroke’s current investments (Bella Freud, Bella Freud Parfum, Boat, Boom, Chucs Bar & Grill, Chucs Ltd, Dilly & Wolf, La Bottega, Kat Maconie, Plenish, Sourced Market, Troubadour, Blaze and Zenos). He also sits on the board of Benesco Charity Ltd and is a trustee of The Charles Wolfson Charitable Trust. He founded and servea as Chairman and trustee of MiSST (Music in Secondary Schools Trust) and am is a trustee of Access Aspiration. Andrew serves as a Non Executive Director.
Tim King is a Chartered Director. Tim gained an MBA from the Open University and is a Chartered Management Accountant. Having led the Citibank team that designed and implemented a Management Information System and deployed it into 75 countries, Tim founded 2sms and serves as CEO. 2sms is the technology partner for Soza Health. Tim has extensive international experience. Tim serves as Managing Director.
